Rs.1 million worth of medical equipments provided

Baglung. The Lions Club of Baglung has provided various medical equipments worth Rs 1.6 million to the Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital, Baglung.
The equipments were provided with the financial support of ANT, a non-governmental organisation of Italy and in collaboration of the Nepal-based organisation, the Day One Health, and MTTS.
Among the 18 various types of health equipments include the appliances used in aiding child birth, president of Lions Club of Baglung, Prakash Chalise, said.
Baglung Municipality mayor Janak Raj Poudel handed over the equipments to the hospital’s chief Sagar Rajbhandari on Tuesday.
