Baglung. The Dhawalagiri Literary Foundation Baglung has presented the ‘Bam-Saraswati memorial prize’ for this year to youth litterateur Prakash Samir.
Mayor of Baglung municipality Janak Raj Poudel presented the prize carrying a purse of Rs. 10,000 to Samir at a function organized to mark Bhanu Jayanti here on Friday. Samir has many books to his credit including compilation of gazhal and essay.
The prize is founded by poet Dipendra KC of Baglung, currently living in Belgium in memory of his grandparents. RSS
